SPECIALTIES & PAPER PRODUCTS PROVIDES A $50.00 PER MONTH BENEFIT FOR EACH PARTICIPANT TO BE USED AS A REIMBURSEMENT (RECEIPTS MUST BE PROVIDED) TO YOU FOR COPAYS, DEDUCTIBLES AND OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS WHICH YOU OR YOUR ELIGIBLE DEPENDENT(S) HAVE INCURRED DURING THE YEAR. YOUR $50.00 BENEFIT MAY ACCUMULATE UP TO $600 PER CALENDAR YEAR.
